Online Appraisals Case Study - Red Bull
Red Bull wanted a fuss-free, administration-light way of running appraisals that all staff could buy into. People strategy experts Couraud suggested their online appraisal tool, OMTonline, as a simple and intuitive solution.
Couraud worked closely with Red Bull to meet their exact requirements and this has led to a great working relationship.
Couraud customised OMTonline for Red Bull so that it uses their terminology, their “pillars of energy” as a basis for measurement and is branded to their requirements: this includes the well-known Red Bulls as bullet points!
Red Bull needed a specific objectives module so Couraud developed an extra field to capture the information they required. Red Bull also took advantage of OMTonline’s export functionality: an Excel export report with all required data which gives them the freedom and flexibility to produce custom reports internally.
Red Bull launched OMTonline in November 2007 and all Red Bull employees now use Couraud’s appraisal tool on a regular basis. Joanna Keeling, People Director at Red Bull says:
